A vegetaraian's guide to Mohammad Ali Road during Ramzan
Mohammad Ali Road is certainly a foodie heaven especially during the holy month of Ramzan. While the street is definitely every meat lover's dream come true, vegetarians often find themselves having a lack of options at this gastronomical paradise. So this Ramzan, I along with some of my friends decided to venture out on the streets of Md Ali Road to find SOME vegetarian alternatives and boy, I was definitely surprised! Colourful, aromatic and crowded, the streets were filled with people of all age, shapes and sizes, who wanted to sample the different flavours of the street. Walking down the alleys and bylanes of Minara Masjid, Pydhonie and Dongri, at the end of my trip I was not only satiated but also pleasantly surprised with the options available.
