Kareena and Saif along with their son, Taimur took to Switzerland to celebrate the coming of 2019. The pair was joined by Bebo’s best friend Natasha Poonawalla and her family. For the occasion of New Year’s Eve, the couple put their best sartorial foot forward. Kareena looked stunning in a royal blue wrap dress with a thigh slit. Matching his ultra-chic wife, Saif donned a white double breasted dinner jacket and a bowtie. Their son Taimur looked adorable in a flannel shirt and sweater combo.

B-town’s newest couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor spent the New Year’s Eve together with Kapoor’s family in New York. Neetu Kapoor took to social media to share their family portrait. The Kapoors along with Alia were seen enjoying an intimate meal together. The family was also joined by Kapoor’s sister, Riddhima Kapoor and her husband Bharat Sahni and their daughter, Samara for the celebration.

The duo was spotted in Sydney, Australia, ahead of the test series that that was played between India and Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. On the occasion of New Year’s Eve, the couple dressed to the nine’s as they partied in the Australian city. Anushka was seen wearing a gun-metal bedazzled number with a thigh slit. The Indian skipper kept things simple with a black tee and grey blazer combo.

Ranveer and Deepika were rather tight-lipped about their New Year’s Eve celebration. However, the couple was spotted leaving Mumbai airport to catch their flight to Sri Lanka. We hope the power-couple had the peace and quiet for NYE before they dive back into work.

The newly-weds were already enjoying a vacay in the Swiss Alps, and decided to stay at ‘Heaven on Earth’ for their New Year’s celebrations. Priyanka shared adorable pictures of her and husband Nick, while they were ‘chilling’ in the country. The couple was joined by members of their respective family, and if Instagram posts are any proof – their families sure know how to party!

Katrina Kaif had a rather zen-like time for New Year’s – but that didn’t mean she didn’t have no fun! Instead of a quiet dinner or crazy night of partying, the Zero actress along with her friends decided to dunk into the English Channel while the temperature dipped below 0 degrees. Phew! We got a chill just writing that. For her New Year celebrations Sonam K. Ahuja along with her husband Anand Ahuja took off to Bali. The couple was also joined by her sister Rhea and a few close friends. Much in contrast to her usual fashionable best, Sonam and her husband seemed to have let their hair down. Looks like the people who stayed home on New Years's Eve and our very own King Khan had one thing in common. Yup, you guessed it! They spent it at home, with no frills. But since it is the King Khan we're talking about, Shah Rukh along with his toddler son, Ab Ram stepped out of the balcony of his house, Mannat to wave at fans who waited to catch his glimpse and wished them a happy New Year.

Salman Khan too, preferred to celebrate the New Year's, closer home (if not home) in Goa. The actor was seen returning from Goa at the Mumbai airport, along with his rumoured girlfriend, Iulia Vantur and and nephew Arhaan Khan. The actor ended the last day of the New Year on a high note!
