02/9Bold and beautiful

Bold and beautiful

Here, Sridevi made quite the appearance in a trendy dress. The actress chose a bold high-low hemmed blue dress to stun in and that, she did! Her dress featured a draw-string at her waist thus lending the straight look that shape and the uneven hemline helped add that trendy vibe to her casual look. Sridevi went with very off-beat closed blue heels to complete her look and she aptly gave jewellery a miss, thus letting her unique outfit take centre stage. With her hair left open and slicked back, she looked all things sleek and chic. Sridevi, with this look of hers, proved that experimenting does pay off.

03/9Floral fabulousness

Floral fabulousness

Sridevi looked ethereal in almost anything but she looked her best in the traditional drape. And today, from her extensive saree style-file, we chose this look of hers because it makes for not just a chic one but a simple yet stunning one too. Sridevi, with this look, proved that sometimes by just keeping it simple, you can stun. The actress chose a very light and summery saree which she paired with a simple sleeveless white blouse. Going with a bold choker to accessorise with, she added that slight bling to her otherwise simple look. She wore her hair in a bun and went with a bright red for her smile. Didn’t she simply look fabulous?

04/9Traditionalism at its best

Traditionalism at its best

While Sridevi was one contemporary fashionista, she liked keeping it traditional too. And this she proved when she turned up looking stunning in the traditional Bengali saree. In the red, white and gold drape, she stunned. Sridevi even proved that accessories play an important part in the art of dressing up by going with a bold neckpiece and jhumka set and her bold red lipstick aptly complemented her overall look. This look of the actress’ in the traditional drape makes for one of our favourites of the late actress.

Sleek and sharp

Other than working some really glam pantsuits and jumpsuits, Sridevi also looked gorgeous in chic midis. Here, the actress chose to go with a black and white printed midi skirt which she ever-so-boldly teamed with a mismatched light blue long-sleeved blouse featuring a matching blue scarf casually thrown around her neck. With white strappy heels, she rounded off her look. Sridevi kept it sharp and went with just dainty earrings to accessorise with and she wore her hair styled open and in soft waves. This look of Sridevi’s makes for such a perfect boardroom look, right?

06/9Jumpsuit loving

Jumpsuit loving

Like we said earlier, Sridevi gave us many jumpsuits looks to love and if you’re wondering what we love about this look, let us elaborate. We love how the actress opted for the one-piece in a dull hue and even went monotone with it, proving that if styled well, ‘dull’ hues can be made to look glam too. With a belt, she cinched her tiny waist and she added bling to her overall look by going with metallic gold heels to round it off. With earrings and her hair styled in an up-do, she looked just wow! Her jumpsuit makes for the perfect option when you ‘don’t want to try too hard’ but yet want to end up looking ‘glam’.

07/9Regal and royal

Regal and royal

The actress looked all things like royalty in the drape. Opting for an ostentatious saree, the actress worked a two-toned drape with much ease. Not only were the colours bold but the embroidery lent those festive vibes to the look too. Sridevi went with a statement choker to accessorise her look with and opted for dainty earrings, thus balancing out the look to perfection. With the hair slicked back into a bun, she did not take away from her look in the slightest and this look, we can say without a doubt, made for one of her best looks. Bold and everything beautiful!

Cool and casual

Yes, in just denims, she looked like a fashionista. Here, the actress casually opted for a pair of ripped jeans featuring a slight flare at the bottom. She went with a bright orange long-sleeved blouse featuring cold-shoulders and she tucked it in to lend that sharpness to her look. She proved with this look that ripped jeans isn’t only a thing for ‘tweens’ and we love how she lent that sophistication to her casual look by going with the trendy blouse. With a slick of orange for her lips, she rounded off her look. Her dark locks left open starkly contrasted her bright-hued blouse and this look makes for one of our favourites.

09/9Ostenciousness

Ostenciousness

Muse to Manish Malhotra, the actress looked her stunning self in this elaborate look. She was seen working a lehenga set featuring an embellished lehenga skirt featuring embroidery and sequins work and she teamed it with a beaded blouse and with a sheer dupatta draped around her shoulders, she looked regal. We love how she went with a statement look for her eye-makeup and with her hair left open, Sridevi gave any contemporary actress a run for their money in terms of style. She looked straight out of a fairytale!

We will continue taking fashion inspiration from this soul lost too soon…
