Blasting the heat to maximum: We all love taking warm showers but amazing as they are, they aren't really ideal for your skin. Hot showers strip skin of their natural oils and dehydrate it, making it feel dry and itchy. And this can also lead to rashes. Try spending 5 - 10 minutes or maximum 15 minutes in the shower and not more than that. The drier your skin is, the easier it is for bacteria to penetrate the cracks in your skin.
