A few pins are all you need to get really creative

For a simple and chic style, you are going to need three bobby pins, hairspray and a curling iron ( that is of course if you don't have naturally wavy hair). To achieve this look run some textured hairspray over your hair. Then use the curling iron to wrap big sections around it and carefully loosen the hair to get that wave effect. Part your hair down the middle, tuck your hair back and use a toothbrush to smoothen out the top. Once that's complete add the pins just a little above the ears and you are ready to hit the town.

02/5Fanned-out

Fanned-out

If you are not a fan of bobby pins, that's ok. The fanned-out style is probably more up your alley as it is striking and different, yet super simple to create. Create a "C" shape using the bobby pins that will frame your face well on both sides. It will look more like a hair accessory, then just a few pins strategically placed around.

03/5Slicked-back style

Slicked-back style

What's better than a ravishing dress with slicked-back hair? It's slicked-back hair with banging pins. If you’re going out this weekend then this is the perfect look for your hot outfit. Add a little watery wax over a deep side part and then smooth out the hair with a blunt toothbrush. Create a wavy pattern around your ear with decorative bobby pins and hold it all with some hairspray. The look is definitely an eye-catcher.

04/5Side sweep

Side sweep

Like your hair short and sweet? No problem, there are plenty of ways to sport a cute look. All you have to do is sweep one side of your hair to the opposite side and apply a bit of wax to secure it. You can add some hairspray too as a precaution. Now comes the fun part. Place heart-shaped bobby pins strategically near the ear. The look is hot without being too over the top.
