Stylist duo, Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya picked out this belted drape from Sabyasachi Mukherjee for Kangana recently. The black and gold polka-dotted saree with a paisley print border was paired with a paisley printed saree blouse featuring a Chinese collar. The saree was then cinched with a black belt from the same label. Now, we’re going to ignore her incredibly classy hairdo and just take that minute to appreciate how she worked the traditional drape in contemporary style.

In Sabyasachi's Kanjeevaram

This time, Kangana worked the classic Kanjeevaram in a bright green hue. Working a traditional emerald green and rust Kanjeevaram saree from Sabyasachi’s ‘Vasanthalaxmi’ collection, she paired it with a rust blouse, keeping it classy and looking very traditional. She even went bold with her jewellery and worked a choker set from Sabyasachi's label crafted out of Burmese rubies, Zambian emeralds and Basra pearls. This makes for one of our favourite looks of the actress’ in the 6 yards.

In a beautiful honey gold saree, Kangana put on display her saree expertise yet again in a Sabyasachi drape. From his ‘Revival’ collection, the handwoven saree was paired with a long-sleeved blouse with a bold cut-out detail at the back. She yet again went with Sabyasachi jewels including a choker and matching earrings to accessorise with. With a few gorgeous flowers to adorn her bun with, she looked like Indian perfection.

In a more casual Swati & Sunaina number

Kangana, this time opted for a more casual yet classy number from Swati & Sunaina’s collection. The pretty white and gold cotton count muslin ‘Damyanti’ saree was paired with a matching blouse featuring cold-shoulders and ruffled sleeves. We love how the actress went with flats from Miu Miu to round off her Indian look with, thus lending that slight edge to her traditional look. This saree with the slight cold-shouldered urban touch we liked very much.

The actress was spotted looking summer fresh in this lambent yellow silk Raw Mango saree. The traditional drape featured gold embroidered motif work all over and this, she paired with a contrasting neutral blue classy blouse, thus aptly breaking through the bright hue she had going on. Her jadau and pearl neckpiece was paired with matching danglers thus adding that punctuation to her look. We think, in this look, Kangana looked simply resplendent!

In a blush tone, Kangana looked like a dream in this Sabyasachi number. She donned a stunning sheer saree in a beautiful blush tone of pink with heavy floral embroidery along the borders and the floral work kept things looking very fresh. She added just the right amount of bling to her ethnic attire with her shimmer, sleeveless blouse with a back that dipped almost to her waist. With a gold choker and a beaded, layered green neckpiece that went well with the green floral motifs on her saree, she jewelled her look. That neat bun hairdo though...So sleek!

Her stylist duo this time picked out a monochrome traditional look for the actress from Péro. She was seen wearing a bandhani drape with a bold checked border which was teamed up with a matching bandhani monochromatic blouse. Keeping it simple, she let the prints do all the talking and went with that slight vintage vibe for her hairdo working her locks in neat out-curls at the bottom. Going bold with navy, this time Kangana went with a gorgeous Falguni & Shane Peacock sheer saree to make a statement with. Her navy blue sheer saree featured an embellished shimmery border in a matching tone of blue and this, she teamed with a sheer elbow-length sleeved blouse featuring a sheer neck too. The embellished bodice of the blouse lent that bling to the monotone look. With matching dainty earrings and her hair done in that old-Hollywood way, she looked nothing short of a million bucks.

Spotted in a more casual draped look, Kangana was seen working this pink Galang Gabaan saree picked out for her by her fabulous stylists, Ami and Sanjay. Her light pink khadi saree featured pink hearts all-over in a darker tone of the colour and this, she teamed with an off-white blouse featuring the cutest ruffles on the hems of her sleeves and at her neckline. Styling her curls in a tight curly bob and with grey flats, she rounded off her oh-so-adorable look.
