If you do, the sheet will dry out and start sucking the moisture out of your skin. You should, also, never wipe off the excess serum left behind on your skin after removing the mask.

Researchers at the University of Liverpool discovered that most of us miss nearly 10% of our face when we apply sunscreen, especially the area around the eyes. Dermatologist Dr Kiran Lohia also thinks that applying sunscreen just once a day is not enough. According to her, sweat and normal-wear mean you will have to reapply sunscreen every 3 hours, especially if you’re outdoors for most of the day.
