Street-style stars Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini started Attico which is known to infuse everyday pieces with statement accents. “Among all the embroideries we use, we feel sequins are the perfect balance between elegance and fun, with a strong impact. I mean, which woman doesn’t like sequins!” says Ambrosio. Tordini also recommended opting for their sequined pouches in case you don't want too much shine on your outfit.

In the 80's the miniskirt emerged as the must-have glamourous attire. Designer Fausto Puglisi says, “Short is connected to positive vibes, freedom, music. Think of Mary Quant, the British boom, the happiness, the sense of freedom.” “You can be vulgar wearing a long skirt and chic wearing a miniskirt. It’s all about beauty, culture and personality." For him, the way a woman carries the skirt is all that matters, and we must say we agree.

Designer Philipp Plein says, “Music is an important part of my life and inspiration. Punk music and culture had an incredible impact on fashion from the ’70s until our days.” Talking about incorporating the punk element into our lives now, he said, “Embellishments and accessories, makeup but also iconic elements of punk-inspired fashion, such as tartan, black, fishnet socks and ripped clothing,” can all help.

There was a time when belted leotards, slouchy leg warmers and opaque tights were so in fashion and back then we didn't know that was what would later be termed as athleisure. Talking about the how to wear neon now, a leading designer said that you shouldn't pair them with normal colour tones as they'll get washed out and look mismatched. When asked if it can be worn by everybody he said, “Well, neon is certainly ageless—if it makes you happy, then do it! And neon is fit for all occasions if you want to be the star, but the best place is on vacation, especially Miami.”
