11/13Pop-art eyes
Compared to the rest, this trend hit us comparatively lightly, however, the look didn’t make much of a glamorous one. Inspired by modern and ‘pop art’, the eye-makeup trend could end up looking rather bizarre if not done neatly. And while black dots under your eyes may seem fairly subdued this trend even came in technicolour!
12/13Squiggly brows
Here’s one more brow trend that we couldn’t wrap our heads around. The trend doesn’t just look outrageous but ultra weird too! Beauty blogger Promise Tamang has been credited as the force behind this weird trend on Instagram and trust us, it didn’t take off in the slightest. Obviously…just look at it!

From unicorn glitter for the roots of your hair to unicorn eye-shadow and unicorn brows, 2017 saw a lot of unicorn everything! However, these unicorn nails took it a bit too far. Looking straight out of a children’s movie, these multi-hued nails looked scary and ultra unappealing. The length of it got us cringing too!
