As the technology is getting advanced, it has become more and more easy to get in touch with celebrities. Now even hacking has become easier. As the world runs online today. As celebrities are on social media today, be it Twitter, Facebook or Instagram our celebrities are active on these social media portals. The hackers gain not only unethical information and access to someone’s privacy but also take advantage of their names. Recently Anupam Kher and Abhishek Bachchan’s Twitter account have been hacked by a Turkey cyber army. So here are Bollywood stars whose social media account got hacked.

The 62-year-old actor said that he only got to know about the hack once his friends from India alerted him about the breach. "My Twitter account has been hacked. Just got few calls from friends in India about it. I am in LA and it is 1 am," he told a news agency. The actor revealed that he had received a link from Rajya Sabha MP Swapan Dasgupta in a direct message. "Got a DM yesterday from Mr. Swapan Dasgupta's account about a link. A first from him. So opened it. Have spoken to Twitter already.” They're calling themselves the Turkish 'cyber army' and had even posted a tweet from Anupam's account. It read as 'your account has been hacked by the Turkish cyber army Ayyildiz Tim. Your DM correspondence and important data have been captured!' 'I Love Pakistan.'

Abhishek Bachchan's Twitter account has been hacked by someone in Turkey. They have also been posting cryptic tweets of how they support Turkey with photos of soldiers and warriors attached. He is an Indian film actor, producer and playback singer known for his works in Bollywood and Bengali cinema. He made his screen debut with the 2000 War film, ‘Refugee’. Bachchan has starred in over 50 films in both lead and supporting roles. His acting always has been critically acclaimed and loved by the audience, but many of his films have been unsuccessful due to several reasons. Some of his best performances are ‘Guru’, ‘Dhoom’, ‘Dhoom 2’, ‘Dostana’, ‘Bol Bachchan’, ‘Yuva’, ‘Happy New Year’, ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, etc. The actor recently admitted in an interview that the string of commercially unsuccessful films in his career has taught him a lot in life.

The filmmaker who is constantly active on social media, even his account got mishandled. The hacker sent vulgar messages to Sunny Leone, KRK and Poonam Pandey. He is an Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter known for his works exclusively in Hindi cinema. A stand-out film from his earlier period is ‘Saaransh’. Mahesh Bhatt went on to become one of the most recognized directors of the Indian film industry in the next decade, giving both art-house works such as ‘Daddy’ (1989) and ‘Swayam’ (1991), as well as commercial romantic hits like ‘Awaargi’ (1990), ‘Aashiqui’ (1990) and ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta’ Nahin (1991), in which he cast Pooja with actor Aamir Khan. He next directed ‘Sadak’. The filmmaker thus started as assistant director to ‘Khosla’. At the age 26, Bhatt made his debut as a director with the film ‘Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain’ in 1974. His 1979 ‘Lahu Ke Do Rang’, starring Shabana Azmi and Vinod Khanna in lead roles, won two Filmfare Awards in 1980: Helen received her first Filmfare as Best Supporting Actress and Madhukar Shinde won it for Best Art Direction. The film did "above average" at the box office. He was noticed and received great critical acclaim for art film ‘Arth’ (1982) when he turned to his personal life for inspiration but doubt persists as to whether it is an original film. Later, he made many more films taking insights from his personal life wherein he highlighted personal narratives ranging from out-of-wedlock birth to extramarital affair, and created critically acclaimed works such as ‘Janam’ (1985) and ‘Saaransh’ (1984), an exploration of an old couple's anxieties in a universe governed by arbitrary violence.

But, later when Amitabh Bachchan recovered his account he said, “T 1980 -WHOA !..My Twitter handle hacked! Sex sites planted as ‘following’! Whoever did this, try someone else, buddy, I don’t need this!” Recently there were also some news that Amitabh Bachchan is going to quit Twitter as his number of followers were reducing. This was also a joke. The legend is an Indian film actor, producer, television host, and former politician. He first gained popularity in the early 1970s for films such as ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Deewaar’, and ‘Sholay’, and was dubbed India's "angry young man" for his on-screen roles in Bollywood. Referred to as the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Star of the Millennium, or Big B, he has since appeared in over 190 Indian films in a career spanning almost five decades. Amitabh Bachchan is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history of Indian cinema as well as world cinema.

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s account was also hacked. He later confirmed to tweet, “So something weird happening to my Twitter account. It’s sending random DM’s to the Twitterati. Please be warned. Even KRK’s account is hacked!”He is a film director, producer, screenwriter, costume designer, actor and television personality who is primarily known for his work in Hindi films. Karan Johar made his directorial debut with the blockbuster romance ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ (1998), which earned him the Filmfare Awards for Best Director and Best Screenplay. His next two films were the ensemble dramas ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham...’ (2001) and ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ (2006), which were both very successful in the overseas market. His counter-terrorism drama ‘My Name Is Khan’ (2010) earned him his second Filmfare Award for Best Director. These, along with the several successful films he has produced under the Dharma Productions banner, have established him as one of the leading director-producers in Hindi cinema. Karan Johar started his career in entertainment industry as an actor, he played the role of 'Shrikant' in 1989 Doordarshan Serial Indradhanush. As a child, he was influenced by commercial Indian cinema: He cites Raj Kapoor, Yash Chopra, and Sooraj R. Barjatya as his inspirations.

Rishi Kapoor had his first lead role as an adult opposite Dimple Kapadia in 1973 with the film ‘Bobby’ and received the Filmfare Best Actor Award in 1974. ‘Bobby’s’ worldwide success launched him as a global movie star, domestically in India and overseas in the Soviet Union. Subsequently, he played leading roles as the romantic lead in 92 films between 1973 and 2000, 41 of which were multi-starrer films. Only 11 of his 51 solo hero films were successful. Her younger sister Akshara Haasan is also an actress and represented India nationally for Ballroom Latin dancing. Actor and lawyer Charuhasan is her uncle. Her cousins are actresses Anu Hasan and Suhasini Maniratnam. Haasan studied at Lady Andal Venkatasubba Rao school in Chennai and moved to Mumbai to study psychology at St. Andrew's College. Haasan focused on cinema and music and eventually traveled to the US to continue to learn music at the Musicians Institute in California, before returning to Chennai.

An imposter hacked Boney Kapoor’s Twitter account and sent messages to people, asking for monetary help. In the messages, the hacker suggested that Boney Kapoor is asking for money and instructing people to transfer a particular amount to his account. He is a film producer who has produced numerous Bollywood films like ‘Mr. India’, ‘No Entry’, ‘Judaai’ and ‘Wanted’ to his credit. Boney Kapoor started his career working under legends like Shakti Samanta. The most famous film produced by him remains the Shekhar Kapur directed sci-fi film 'Mr India' starring Anil Kapoor and Sridevi. It was the second biggest hit of 1987 and remains a cult classic in India. The film was known for several of its lines and songs, including Sridevi's "Miss Hawa Hawaii" performance and Amrish Puri's quote "Mogambo khush hua" (Mogambo is pleased), which is one of the most famous quotes of Bollywood and has become synonymous with Puri. The Mogambo character is considered to be one of the best villains in Bollywood history.
