Matte magic

While the dewy makeup look might be at the peak of its popularity, Shraddha made a bold move by sporting a tad matte look. The monochromatic look featured the same peach toned hue on the eyes, cheeks and lips. The look had a beautiful understated but glamorous quality to it. 03/13Reverse makeup

Reverse makeup

The latest makeup technique doing rounds is the ‘reverse technique’ – you basically apply all your products like the concealer, bronzer and blush, generously under a layer of foundation. Doing so, you get natural looking, perfect finish – which Shraddha seems to have mastered over here

04/13Doll-face

Doll-face

A flushed-pink doll-face makeup look is always a desired one, especially for the day time. So when the rain gods were making our day dull and gloomy, Shraddha added to the sunshine with a bright, flushed look. How do you achieve it? Use the same toned blush and lipstick on an evened out base. Add a little extra blush than you would, but ensure it well-blended. A full-bodied fluffy powder brush should be your go-to tool for this look.

05/13Daytime Dewy

Daytime Dewy

Keep away from all your mattifying products and powders for this one. Begin by moisturising the base. Even out the face with your go-to foundation. Ensure that the foundation is applied evenly and sparingly. Do not put on another layer and powder on the areas that crease and tend to get oilier. Skip the blush and brush on a baked highlighter on the cheekbones for that blinding but somehow natural shine.

06/13Brown and Rosy

Brown and Rosy

Shraddha well complemented her chocolate brown eyes with a brown and rosy look. The combination is unexpected but winning. After sorting out the base, begin by using a fluffly eyeshadow brush to apply a deep rose shade as transition. You may use an applicator brush to apply the brown shade. With a pencil brush, apply the brown eyeshadow to the lower lash-line as well. Lining the eyes with kohl will make the look cohesive.

Daytime Glitter

Whoever said glitter is only meant for the parties, is probably very boring. Shraddha Kapoor wears a glittery look and pairs a shimmery eye look along with it. To nail that shimmer day time look, stick to eyeshadows that are close to your skintone.

08/13Winged Eyeliner

Winged Eyeliner

The classic winged eyeliner is everyone’s favourite weapon to add a little drama. We’re not even surprised it’s Shraddha’s favourite makeup trend too. However, to truly nail the winged eye, you gotta customise it according to your eye shape. Smaller your eye shape, thicker the eyeliner and vice versa.

09/13Invisible Liner

Invisible Liner

The invisible eyeliner is every makeup artist’s favourite trick to add drama to a look, while keeping the look natural. Shraddha’s doe eyes rarely ever need any more alteration, making this her favourite day time look. To add drama without being too overbearing, line the upper water line. It seems scary, but honestly isn’t.
