Sonam chose to don a rather trendy ensemble by Lovebirds. The chic number featured a boxy collared kurti with white stripes all over which was teamed with a pair of churidar like pants that extended all the way down to her feet giving her look a unique twist. She teamed her ensemble with a pair of white pointy-toed pin heels and accessorised with a bunch of rings and a sleek sling bag that matched her outfit's pattern.

Leave it to Sonam Kapoor to look absolutely amazing in just about anything. The actress chose to don a rather trendy outfit by Burberry. 05/15Texture Play

Texture Play

We love this look for more than one reason. Firstly, the deep oxblood hue is to die for! Her PETAR PETROV chiffon blouse doubled with leather culottes work far too well. Sonam perfectly finishes the look with velour boots, a mini bag and bouncy curls. Perhaps a mismatch in the monsoons, but worth noting nonetheless.

06/15Saree Not Saree

Saree Not Saree

Sonam’s take on an Indo-Western saree look doesn’t involve haphazard draping, pants and somehow still looks a lot like pants. Her Rishta by Arjun Saluja saree involved a full-sleeved collar blouse, a monotone saree draped around a matching blouse. Sonam ensured the look wasn’t basic by pairing her look with statement earrings.

Comfort Is King

Take inspiration from Sonam to pull off a look when you really don’t want. Sonam’s breezy kurta and culottes have the tiniest bit of bling. However, Sonam glams the look up with matching juttis, statement earrings and a graceful Dutch braid.

08/15Cherry Red

Cherry Red

This may have just been our favourite look as yet. Is it because of the playful mini cherry print, or the lack of her usual colour red, or those ribbon tied Louboutin stilettos or her hair tied away which showed off her chiseled face? We’re thinking it’s all of it coming together!

09/15Petal Soft

Petal Soft

Sonam’s somber; petal soft lehenga skirt and backless choli were a winning combination. The entire ensemble had day-time appropriate floral embroidery and was aptly styled with minimal jewelry. The softer, subtle hue of red also looked well with her skintone.

10/15Baggy but Balanced

Baggy but Balanced

A decided break from her form-fitting and backless ensembles, Sonam’s pairing of a baggy drop waist tunic along with a matching Valentino blazer almost came as a surprise. We loved how Sonam balanced the bagginess of the outfit with fitted pants, a tight bun and a super sharp winged eye. However, it was the pearl earrings that were the show stoppers.
