There’s a reason Sonam Kapoor is the most stylish woman in Bollywood and perhaps our country even. There really is no one else whose fashion choices are quite as impressive as hers. When everyone else is sticking with jumpsuits and gowns for red carpet events, she strolls in nonchalantly with a baggy suit and big sneakers and somehow makes it works. But if there's something that we love even more about her is that she truly embraces Indian wear like no one else. From suits to sarees, Sonam hasn't shied away from experimenting with any sort of Indian wear and we love how she adds her own unique twist to them. So, if you're looking to try something different like Sonam has, we suggest you take a cue from her.

Sonam stepped out looking all things trendy in a vibrant yellow kurti which she teamed with a pair of heavily embroidered pants and a bold green kimono style shrug that featured intricate prints all over. A thick heavy layered necklace and a pair of studded floral earrings helped add some oomph to her look.

The actress opted for a co-ord set that featured a vibrant yellow blazer with tiny and intricate white floral prints all over. The blazer was teamed with a long flared skirt in the same hue and featuring the same prints all over. She opted for a basic white turtleneck top to wear underneath the blazer. A belt made from the same cloth as the co-ord set was cinched at her waist to give her a more polished look.

Sonam always adds something unique to her looks and this one is no different. Her trendy look featured a 'Sari Tuxedo' with a one-shouldered blazer featuring a pallu and a pair of straight-cut pants casually brushing the floor. She layered it with a creamish floor-length overcoat that perfectly added to its style.

Sonam opted for a traditional ensemble with a contemporary twist and we love it! She teamed a full-sleeved, knotted cropped top with a long flowy skirt featuring the same hue and print. A pair of ethnic jhumka danglers helped add to that boho-chic vibe.

Ain't nobody who can don brocade as effortlessly as Sonam did with this ensemble. She teamed a golden-hued brocade kurti with a pair of velvety maroon pants and layered her kurti with a brocade jacket featuring the same prints. Layering with the same prints has never looked this chic!

Sonam decided to add a quirky twist to her drapes yet again as she donned a gorgeous white saree by Anamika Khanna. It featured a heavy and colourful embroidered border all through the hem and the pallu and was teamed with a blouse that matched the embroideries. She layered her saree with a beautiful embroidered jacket that featured colourful tassels on the collar and the hem. Now, that's how you layer things up!

Experimenting with style is what Sonam lives for and she did that again with a gorgeous ensemble from the House of Masaba. The elegant green number featured a saree with tiny floral prints which was teamed with a tube-top style blouse with balloon sleeves that were cinched at her wrists. Needless to say, the blouse helped add a rather fun twist to the look.

When the rest of the world seems to move away from maximalism, Sonam seems to dive right into it. A heavily embellished Anarkalli, braided bun, an elaborate mang tikka, long earrings and dark smokey eyes – Sonam went all out and how. It’s a good reminder that sometimes maxilmalised looks work, and you gotta just embrace it.
