We’ve broken down the steps to perfect this rosy glow

When the talented Alia Bhatt isn’t working hard on her movies – she’s either doing one of the three things (we think) – working out hard, promoting her films and serving up gorgeous look after the other. With a schedule that doesn’t even allow her one off night – we wonder how Alia turned up looking drop dead gorgeous at her upcoming film, ‘Kalank’ ‘s trailer launch yesterday. Her face looked flawless and lit from within. While you may think it’s just a layer of highlighter, the beauty experts here at MissKyra think it’s a careful inclusion of highlighter in the makeup routine. (Yup, there is a difference!) If you’re keen to find out how to create this perfection on your own face, read on for a step by step tutorial.

02/5Prep well

Prep well

Honestly, the best prep for this makeup look if we’re being truly honest is having great skin. But we’re going to make do with whatever we have best. While we do think her lit-from-within glow comes from a highlighter, it’s been used very tastefully. For a similar rosy glow, mix the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base with a few drops of the MAC Strobe Cream in Peachlite- Peach Pearls.Blend this mixture well into the skin.

03/5Correct the flaws

Correct the flaws
Alia’s skin despite its flawless and spotless look doesn’t appear cakey. This goes on to prove, that a careful approach to the product amount and lots of expertise has gone into blending the product into the skin. Pick a lightweight, full-coverage concealer that blends well into skin. The L'Oreal Paris True Match Concealer is a good one. Use the concelaer to conceal and highlight the flaws. The idea is to blend it so well that you wouldn’t feel the need for a foundation. Carefully powder only the areas where you have applied the concealer. by Deesha Bondrereadmore

04/5Flush of colour

Flush of colour
Use a cream blush to add a pop of colour to the cheeks. Apply the blush from a little under the apple of the cheeks, towards the sides of the face. Blend it well into the skin. This will add a pop of colour and subtlety contour the face. The Ruby's Organics Creme Blush - Poppy Pink has specs of beautiful glitter in the blush and will work well for the look. Use the same look as a stain on the lips. You do not need a saturated swipe of colour. by Deesha Bondrereadmore

05/5Lash Magic

Lash Magic
Alia’s lashes are separated and long and without any drama. Stick to a waterproof mascara with a stiff wand that separates lashes from the bottom to the top. The Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Mascara - Blackest Black will make your lashes fluttery and fine! by Deesha Bondrereadmore
