Much like years in the past, this year too, the Ambanis, Mukesh and Nita Ambani, welcomed the who's who of the film fraternity into their spacious and lavish Mumbai home, Antilia to bring in the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. Keeping with traditions, the home was beautifully decorated and Bollywood turned up looking their finest. From Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan, Rekha and Karan Johar, to name a few, the occasion was celebrated in finery. Here's what Bollywood wore to the lavish Ganesh Chaturthi party hosted by the Ambanis at their Mumbai home...

For the occasion, this lovely couple turned up in muted outfits. Shah Rukh was seen working a white kurta teamed with a pair of white patiala pants. He completed the look with shiny brown brogues. Gauri, on the other hand was seen donning a gorgeous peach kurta set embroidered all-over in white. Gold heels rounded her look off.

Nita Ambani was seen in a beautiful maroon saree which was embroidered all-over in gold. A matching saree blouse completed the look. Of course, we cannot miss out on her chunky gold ethnic jewellery comprising of a stunning choker-style neck piece and jhumkas.

Salman turned up in an all-black outfit. He was seen working a black kurta which he teamed with a pair of black patiala pants The actor has often been spotted working all-black at events such as these. Open-toed black sandals rounded the look off.

Aamir was seen looking ethnically dashing in a white kurta set which he off-set with a black Nehru jacket. Brown kolhapuris rounded the look off. Much like always, he chose to accessorise his overall look with framed black glasses.

The two sisters came to the party colour coordinated. Karisma chose a mango yellow Manish Malhotra outfit for the night and Kareena was seen working a similar yellow kurta set by Raw Mango. She however chose to contrast her yellow kurta with a bright pink dupatta. Don't these two sisters look simply stunning?

Madhuri was seen looking her gorgeous self in a blue saree which was embellished with a stunning silver border. A matching silver blouse and ethnic danglers rounded the look off. Her husband contrasted her look in an all-white ethnic one. Such a lovely couple, right?

Rekha was seen gracing the event in a rich deep green stiff silk saree. Her deep green and gold saree was accessorised with a stack of green and gold bangles, gold jhumkas and a matching gold bag. Of course, her red lipstick was showstopping by itself!

Karan teamed his black kameez with a grey kurta embellished with silver and gold. With black brogues, he completed the look. Karan looked dashing in his chosen ethnic ensemble.
