Of course, the women are called ‘Angels’ because they look truly stunning but angels need a little beauty care too, right? Whilst looking for gentle products, Candice Swanepoel looks toward the baby aisle — a tip she picked up on a Victoria’s Secret shoot. “It’s the best. A makeup artist used it on me when we shot a Victoria’s Secret Swim catalogue,” she said of her favourite Neutrogena sunscreen.

“I really like Mario Badescu Drying Lotion, it comes in a little pink bottle, and when you put it on a spot, or if you feel one coming, it totally dries it out,” said Stella Maxwell. Mario Badescu’s drying lotion is the best for spots.

“I love a jade roller. Sometimes if I forget it or don't have it with me, even just running an ice cube over your face helps to de-puff in the morning. Apart from her own brand, Kora Organics, Miranda Kerr is a fan of local Australian brand Zuii Organic, when it comes to makeup. “It’s a natural foundation and it’s really good, it’s an Australian brand actually,” she told Vogue Australia back in 2017.

Like several celebrities and makeup artists, Victoria’s Secret models too seem to love the beauty brand, Nars. Nars' eyeshadow has long been considered one of the best and Angel, Lais Ribeiro agrees. She even credits them for their “amazing variety of colours.”

Almost all of the Angels swear by this famous gold mask, which made waves for its exorbitant price and ultra-luxe selfies. Made from gold leaf and left on the skin for 10 minutes, the mask is said to reduce wrinkles and clear redness. In other words, it’s heavy on the pocket but super effective on the face!

Yes, even the Angels get blemishes. And what do they use to cover them up? Well, Elsa Hosk looks to Dior to fix hers, applying their concealer “under eyes and around the nose/chin.” The concealer apparently is a lightweight one and instantly helps cover up any blemishes and scars you may have.

Angel, Taylor Hill is a fan of foaming cleansing. And for it, she uses Lancôme’s cleanser. She claims that the product is great for her acne-prone skin. “It became my favourite because it smells so good, and I found that it actually helped clear up my makeup acne,” she told a leading women’s magazine recently.
