This one is the most favourite recipes for the summer season. All you need are 3 medium raw mangoes, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, water and mint leaves, put this all in a blender and after its ready, keep it in the fridge and drink it chilling cold.
02/11Exotic Detox Smoothie Bowl
You'll need 1 ripe mango - peeled and cut into small pieces, 1-1 1/2 frozen bananas - peeled and sliced, dash chilli powder, 1 tsp maple syrup, juice of 1 lime and pinch of pink salt. Start by blending the mango, banana and lime juice together until they form a consistent paste. Sprinkle some salt and chilli powder and mix. Then drizzle some maple syrup and you're done.

Take 1 Mango - peeled and diced, 1 Nectarine - peeled and diced, ¼ White Onion - minced, 1 Small Jalapeno - minced, 2 Small Sweet Peppers - diced and ⅛ tsp Salt. All you need to do is put all the veggies together and mix them well. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes until the flavours are enhanced and then your salsa is ready!

You'll need 2 cups forbidden black rice - cooked and cooled, 1 1/2 cups ripe mango chunks, 1 cup cucumbers - finely chopped, 1/2 cup red bell pepper - finely chopped, 1/2 cup red onion - finely chopped, 1/4 cup cilantro - chopped, 1 tablespoon jalapeno peppers - chopped, 1 tablespoon mint leaves - chopped, 1 teaspoon lime zest, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Mango sorbet is fresh, cool and easy to make. It's perfect to make for a big family outdoor barbeque party this summer. To make this recipe, you will need two ripe mangoes, the juice of one lime, half cup of unsweetened almond milk and two drops of orange liquid. Blend all the ingredients together and put it into an ice cream machine. Next, apply the mix in a shallow container and leave it in the freezer for six hours before you serve it.
