Blood Orange and Rosemary

You'll need 1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice, 3 lightly bruised rosemary sprigs, 1 1/3 cups cranberry juice, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 cups chilled cream soda, Ice and 1 cup of water. Strain the orange juice, make rosemary syrup and add the rest of the ingredients to the concoction. And voila! Your mocktail is ready!

For this mocktail, you'll need 1-litre lemon-lime soda, 2 Maraschino cherries, 2 tablespoons lime juice and 30 ml grenadine. Mix all the ingredients together except for the cherries. Add some ice and top it off with the cherries.

Valentine’s Day Special Martini

This cocktail requires 15 ml cranberry juice, 5 ml lime juice, 20 gm strawberries, 5 ml sugar syrup, 10 gm basil, 10 ml Cherry Brandy, 50 ml Cointreau, 45 ml Vodka. Add the basil and strawberries in a cocktail shaker and shake them well. Add the other ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink twice before pouring in the glass.

Take 0.25 oz egg white, 0.5 oz grenadine, 0.5 oz apple brandy, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 1.5 oz Monkey 47 gin and Brandied cherry. Add all the ingredients (except for cherries) in a shaker and shake them well. Pour into the glasses and garnish with charries.

Red velvet cheesecake bites

You'll need 2 large eggs, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 large egg yolk, 1/4 cup sweetened cocoa powder, 3/4 teaspoon vinegar, 3/4 cup flour, 1 tablespoon red food colouring, 8 ounces softened cream cheese. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C. Whisk the eggs and add all the other ingredients to it (except for cream cheese and sugar). Whisk cream cheese and sugar along with the eggs. Top the brownie with some cream cheese and then bake this for 14-16 minutes. Allow the cheesecake to cool for 20 minutes before transferring to the fridge.
