02/6Apple-ginger-spinach smoothie
For this one, you'll need one green apple (cut into chunks), half a cup of frozen spinach (around 6-7 leaves), and half an inch of fresh ginger (peeled and cut). Toss these ingredients into your blender and blend away. Add some chilled water to the mix (you could also add chilled coconut water) and blend a little more. And voila! Your green smoothie ready to be consumed!
03/6Pineapple, kale and yoghurt smoothie
For this smoothie, you'll need half a cup of frozen kale (around 6-7 leaves), half a cup of frozen pineapple (peeled and cut), and half a cup of yoghurt. Mix all of these ingredients well in a blender and if the concoction seems to be too thick, add half a glass of chilled water to it. Garnish with some chopped pineapples and enjoy it cold.
04/6Banana and peanut butter smoothie
This smoothie requires one large banana, peeled and frozen, two tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter) and one cup of water (or almond milk). Just blend all these ingredients in a blender and you'll end up with an amazing smoothie. You could garnish it with a few nuts like chopped almonds and walnuts to help enhance the flavour.

For this smoothie, you'll need one cup of frozen strawberries (7-8), one large frozen banana and half a cup of plain yoghurt. Mix all these ingredients well and blend them in a blender to make your smoothie. Add a few ice cubes to give it that chilling touch.
06/6Coconut and mango smoothie
You'll need some coconut malai (coconut flesh), a cup of fresh mango pieces and half a cup of overnight soaked chia seeds. Blend all these ingredients in a blender and throw in a few ice cubes to make it chill. Your smoothie is ready to drink!
