02/5Sarvangasana
Sarvangasana also known as the shoulder stand pose is fairly easier to master as compared to other poses. It promotes blood circulation to your face and thus can give you a radiant glow. For this, you first need to lie down on your back on the ground. Then, slowly try to raise your lower body off the ground using your hands and once your feet are towards the ceiling, hold the pose using your arms as support. Stay in this pose for at least 10 seconds before returning to normal.
03/5Matsyasana
Matyasana also known as the fish pose can stretch your neck muscles, relax your face muscles and can boost blood circulation to your crown area. Lie down on the floor with your back against the ground. Put your palms underneath your hips and then slowly raise your torso upwards while your crown touches the floor. Hold this pose for 10 seconds and then release.
04/5Utthanasana
Also known as the Standing Forward Bend pose, this one helps stretch your body and can promote blood circulation while also giving you a boost of oxygen. For this, you need to stand straight. Then slowly bend your body forward as much as you can, keeping your legs straight. Wrap your arms around your legs and try to bring your head closer to your knees. Hold this pose for 10 seconds before releasing.
05/5Halasana
Halasana is also known as the Plough Pose and can help promote blood flow in the crown and neck region. Lie down with your back against the ground. Then slowly start to lift your feet and try to bring them all the way towards your head while your hands remain beside your body. Try to hold this pose for about 10 seconds and then release.
