The bonding in a joint family that so effortlessly brings joy despite the difficulties was a beautiful take-home message from this movie. This movie supplied us with pretty much our entire wedding playlist, for example, classics like Joote do paise lo, Didi tera dewar deewana, dhik tana dhik tana, etc. Not only that, ladies were lining up at their tailors to get the classic purple lehenga choli that was worn by Madhuri Dixit in one of the songs in the movie.
