Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has been on a roll since forever. The actress has been raging up a storm in both the Bollywood and the Hollywood film industries with her popular and powerful roles. For the past two years, Priyanka hasn't worked in any Bollywood film. But she was working on the third season of her American TV series 'Quantico' for which she has apparently finished filming. Now there's news that the actress is finally heading back to Mumbai for an upcoming film next month. Her last film in Bollywood was 'Jai Gangaajal.' Now, there's buzz that Priyanka will stay in the country for the next three-four months.
As of now, speculations suggest that the actress will be shooting for the Kalpana Chawla biopic. Debutante director Priya Mishra had earlier told a leading daily, “I have been working on it for the past seven years. A new production banner will back the project.” Insiders from Priyanka's team too had later confirmed the news saying, “Priyanka’s team has been involved in the project and have been planning the legwork of the film for past one year.” During her recent Instagram live chat with Ranveer Singh, Priyanka had hinted at coming back to India. She had said, “It’s almost happening” when he had asked her about her return to the country. Well, we're certainly excited to see Priyanka back on the silver screen. Stay tuned for more updates.
