There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif starrer, 'Jagga Jasoos', which has now apparently been postponed. Ranbir Kapoor starrer, 'Jagga Jasoos' was all set to release on April 7, and clash with Big B's 'Sarkar 3'. However, if reports are to believed, the film may not even release in April, let alone clash with 'Sarkar 3'.
The month of April will see a lot of big releases starting with Amitabh Bachchan and Yami Gautam starrer, 'Sarkar 3', on April 7, followed by 'Begum Jaan' starring Vidya Balan on April 4, and the month will conclude with SS Rajamouli's magnum opus, 'Baahubali 2' and Sonakshi Sinha's 'Noor'.
Talking about Begum Jaan's release amidst such big-ticket films Begum Jaan co-producer Milind Dabke said that 'Begum Jaan' has nothing to fear as they have a whole week to catch-up on the collections. Talking about the status of various film releases in April, Milind revealed that 'Jasoos' has been further delayed.
Milind said, "“We have heard that Jagga Jasoos has got delayed and only Sarkar 3 is coming on April 7. A week is good enough to catch up. We don’t require two-three weeks as we are not a big film." Sources close to the development have revealed that the makers are now contemplating releasing the film in June-September quarter.
