If there's one colour that we all love to don it has to be black because black is basic. Whether it's a formal event you need to head to or an LBD for that party night, black is the colour that suits all occasions and seasons. Plus, it works well for all seasons too. And if there's someone who seems to agree to this just as much as we do, it has to be our B-town divas. Black seems to be their all-time favourite which is also why we've spotted so many of them donning it. So, if you're looking to don the colour this season too, we suggest you take a cue from these celebs.

Karisma Kapoor opted for a rather trendy co-ord set and we just can't get enough of it. The trendy number featured a blazer and straight pants that had white crescent moon shaped motifs all over. She teamed it with a pair of nude heels while a vibrant pop of pink on her lips helped add some colour to her look.

Jacqueline chose to channel her inner desi diva in this gorgeous saree. The saree featured off-gold butterfly prints all over as well as a thick border in the same hue. It was teamed with a sleeveless black blouse with a plunging neckline. Needless to say, she was elegance personified in this look.

Malaika gave the usual formal look a twist and we're loving it. Her look featured a creamish bralette which she layered with a black leather blazer that had tight pleats at the bottom. The blazer was teamed with a pair of short leather pants that cut off right below her knee. A pair of strappy heels, bold eye makeup and a sleek ponytail completed her look.

Priyanka opted for a formal look and we must say if you don this one to work you'd certainly grab eyeballs. The trendy outfit featured a matte black shirt with balloon sleeves which she teamed with a pair of black pants. Dangler earrings and minimal makeup rounded out her look.

Sonam always adds something unique to her looks and this one is no different. Her trendy look featured a 'Sari Tuxedo' with a one-shouldered blazer featuring a pallu and a pair of straight-cut pants casually brushing the floor. She layered it with a creamish floor-length overcoat that perfectly added to its style.

Deepika stepped out in what we can easily call a power look and boy did she look fabulous. She opted for a trendy black pantsuit which she layered with a long black overcoat. Black pumps and a trendy box-style handbag made for her choice of accessories, while statement liner and nude lips completed her look.

The actress stepped out for a promotional look in a glam outfit that featured a strappy blouse with tie-up detailing and brocade prints which she teamed with a pair of flared velvet pants. Minimalistic dewy makeup and a sleek low bun completed her look.
