For the frosting, you'll need 3 tbsp meringue powder, 6 tbsp warm water, 1 lb powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix all the cake ingredients and put the mixture in a cake mould. Then mix all the frosting ingredients and put it in a piping bag and use the bag to pipe over the cake. Shave some soap over the cupcake and voila! Your bath bomb is ready.
