For happy people, their self worth isn't based on what others think about them or what people suggest them to do in order to lead a life. Taking a life or career decision based on how it's going to make others feel around them is a source of disappointment. People who are happy make their choices according to their comfort and don't do any of it to please others.

A lot of us end up buying what we want but not particularly need. This can put us in a bad mood later looking at how much time and money we put into it. That's what happy people don't do. They rather focus on what they don't have and only invest their time, energy and money into it.

It's never right to bully anyone ever. Be it your junior or someone who's not on the same level at work as you. Belittling people only shows how rude and arrogant you are as a person and you wouldn't want anyone to have an impression like that on others. Happy people avoid bullying anybody at all. They're instead very helpful and friendly around everybody.
