Calorie Cutting

It's not unknown that when you want to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't consume calories at all. Activated charcoal is an extremely abrasive product that works to scrape away the outer surface of our teeth, which damages the enamel. Once enamel is destroyed, it cannot grow back, making teeth more sensitive and prone to severe health issues. And that's not what you want.

If you don’t know about this to begin with, great! Douching is essentially cleaning up of the vaginal area with a use of a spray that ‘refreshes’ the area inside out. But these sprays can easily change the pH level of the vaginal cavity, which can cause irritation, itching and bacterial vaginosis. If you do have a persistent odor that seems out of the ordinary, or are concerned for your health, let a doctor know.
