What's worse than having an elder sibling or a younger one? Being the middle child of course! We're sure all you middle children applauded at this statement because heaven knows it can be annoying to be the middle one. While most people crib about their elder or younger siblings, you know nothing can compare to your pain. You've had your own share of fights, arguments and struggles, but deep down you still love those siblings of yours which makes things even more difficult. Here are some problems only middle children will relate to. Take a look.

Your parents are either busy yelling at your elder sibling for something they probably didn't do or they're busy showering all their love on your younger sibling. You, on the other hand, are just awkwardly stuck in the middle. You're supposed to 'learn' from your elder sibling and just not say anything about your younger one.

Having one sibling to compete with is tough enough, having two can turn into a nightmare. And of course, things can get a lot, lot worse if the two of them happen to be better at doing things than you are because that will mean constant comparison and honestly, who doesn't hate that?

You'd probably have to jump off a cliff to get your parents' attention. They're either too busy fussing over your elder sibling or running behind your younger one. You, unfortunately, are in the 'middle' only for namesake. Ain't got any meaning to it though! *cries in the corner.

We've never really understood how but for some reason, middle children are held responsible for just about everything. The elder sibling is supposedly wise so you must gain knowledge from them whereas the youngest is practically a baby (in the eyes of your parents only) so you can't say anything to them anyway.
