Women usually tend to think that sticking to just cardio will do the trick and so they never manage to do weights. But no, that's not true. If you're looking on losing weight, weight training will help you burn fat faster even if you can't manage to go to the gym. Not just that, weight lifting also improves your posture and reduces back pain. It also reduces stress and lifts your mood. Cardio isn't the only thing to focus on after all.

Focusing on weight loss only

There's a reason why you should focus both on weight loss as well as fat loss. You cant' focus only on weight loss thinking your fat will fade away with it too. You might loose weight but you will also lose a lot of other good weight too, if you happen to do it wrong. This will only end up decreasing your metabolic rate and you might not be able to have your cheat meals. And you sure don't want to give that up, right?
