You could also just splash some cold water on your face or put a cold cloth on your neck. You might be tempted to drink liters and liters of coffee but beware because caffeine can also make you restless and edgy. So instead of coffee opt for something healthier. Grab a refreshing piece of fruit, water with lemon juice, or foods rich in protein (nuts like almonds or cashews, yogurt, chicken, fish, etc). And stay away from large meals that will make you feel sleepy.
