Dehydration

Did you know that close to 20 per cent of the water you consume comes from the food you eat? That means if you decide to skip out on food for an entire day, you are losing out on valuable sources of water.You could run the risk of becoming extremely dehydrated. Dry mouth, reduced urination, dark yellow urine and muscle cramps are some symptoms of dehydration you need to be aware of. Make sure you drink at least eight glasses of water throughout the day.
