Yoghurt happens to have some excellent cleansing properties that help get rid of impurities while also moisturising your skin. You'll need 1 tbsp yoghurt, ΒΌ cup olive oil, 1 tsp honey and 3 tbsp granulated sugar. Mix these ingredients well until they form a thick paste. Apply the paste to your skin and massage well for a few minutes. Once done, wash it off with lukewarm water.

Wash it off after.

Apart from making your skin smell delicious, grapefruits can also energise and improve your mood. Take a bowl and add half a cup of coconut oil to it. Add half a cup of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of grapefruit juice. Add a bit of beetroot juice for colouring. Add 2 drops of peppermint oil and mix all the ingredients well. Apply to your skin and let it sit for a good 20-30 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water.

Pumpkins are enriched with vitamins, which is what makes them perfect for a nourishing scrub. Take some organic pumpkin puree and empty half a cup into a bowl. Add some brown sugar. Pour some honey onto the mix and stir well. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it harden. After about 40-50 minutes head for a bath and wash off the scrub with warm water.
