11/35Honey and blueberry body scrub
For this moisturising scrub, you'll need 2 tablespoons honey, 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar and 1/2 teaspoon Matcha tea (optional). Put all the ingredients in a bowl and then blend them well until they form a paste. Apply it to your body and massage well. Leave it on for another 15 minutes before washing it off.
12/35Vanilla rose sugar body scrub
Take 1 – 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2-3/4 cup coconut or sweet almond oil, 10 drops Rose essential oil, 1 vanilla bean, 1 teaspoon vitamin e oil (optional) and 2 small roses, chopped. Mix all the ingredients well and your body scrub is ready to use!
13/35Clay, milk and almond body scrub
If you have acne-prone or oily skin, this is a body scrub you should try as it is made with clay milk and almond. The bentonite clay works to get rid of all the excess oil. All you need to do to make this body scrub is bentonite clay, almond meal, and powdered milk. You could also add a bit of almond oil and water to the mix to get a nice smooth paste.

Avocado is a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants. It has a soothing effect on the skin. The honey contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Combine the honey and honey well. Next, add a bit of cornmeal to the mix. Rub it all over your body before you wash it off with warm water.

A blend of coconut sugar and oatmeal work well together to get rid of dry flakes. Oatmeal is moisturising and works to make skin super soft. This recipe will help restore moisture and make your skin look radiant. To make this scrub, you will need mineral sea salt, almond, jojoba, avocado, olive, coconut, grapeseed oil, lemon zest, and honey. This scrub also contains astringent and anti-bacterial properties.

17/35Milk and almond body scrub
You should exfoliate at least a couple of times a week. A blend of milk and almond scrub should help you achieve that. Make a batch so you can use it for a few weeks. Use dry ingredients for this one. Combining these ingredients with bentonite clay will help get rid of dead skin cells, clean out your pores and make your skin silky smooth.

Since sea salt is rich in minerals and exfoliants it can help keep your skin looking smooth and flawless. For this, you'll need 1 cup Sea Salt, ½ cup Olive Oil and 5-15 drops of An Essential Oil Of Your Choice. Combine all the ingredients together to create a coarse paste and apply this paste to your skin. Use your fingers to gently massage your skin in a circular motion and leave the scrub on for an additional 5-10 minutes. Once done, wash it off using lukewarm water.

Known for its exfoliating properties, Epsom salt eases stress, relaxes your muscles, relieves soreness and can even lower blood pressure. You'll need 1 cup Epsom Salt, 2 drops of essential oil (your choice) and 3 drops of jojoba oil. Mix all the ingredients well to form a coarse paste and then using your fingers apply it to your skin and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

20/35Oatmeal body scrub
Not only does oatmeal help get rid of dead skin cells but it also soothes and heals troubled skin. You'll need ½ cup uncooked oatmeal, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup raw honey, ¼ cup jojoba oil, 2 drops lavender essential oil, 4 drops geranium essential oil and 4 drops frankincense. Mix all the ingredients well to form a coarse paste. Use your fingers apply it to your skin and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
