Mint Leaves Scrub

Take a few mint leaves and use a crushing stone to crush them into a paste. Take one cup of white raw sugar in a bowl and add one tablespoon of almond oil to the mix. Blend it well using a spoon. Add this mixture to the mint paste and mix well. Once done, scoop out a generous amount and apply it all over your body. Wait for 20-30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Do this once a week for best results.

Brown Sugar & Ripe Banana Scrub

Take a bowl and add 5 tablespoons of brown sugar and chunks of a ripe banana. Blend both these ingredients well until you're left with a thick paste. Apply this paste all over your arms, legs and face. Let it dry up for about an hour or longer. And then wash it off with lukewarm water. Do this twice a month.

Green Tea & Citrus Fruit Scrub

Pour 3-4 cups of Epsom salts in a bowl. Put in two tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Take a bag of green tea, cut it open and sprinkle the tea leaves on the mix. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and then use your fingers to massage all over your body. Leave it on for about 45 minutes and then wash it off. Do this twice a month.

Lentil Scrub

Take some masoor and moong dal and grind them together in a blender. Empty the paste into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture to your body and massage gently. Wash it off after about 45 minutes. Do this three times a month for best results.

Mango Scrub

Take a ripe yellow mango and slice it into chunks. Put these chunks into a bowl and then drizzle some olive oil over them. Add half a cup of sugar to the mix and put in a few drops of lemon juice and then mix well. Apply the paste on your body and massage gently. Leave it on for an hour and then wash it off. Do this once a week.
