You're risking yourself to various health issues if you don't get enough sleep

Most of us know that we should be getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep every day but does it really happen? Either we are on a hectic schedule or we keep binge watching on Netflix all night and hardly get any sleep to get through the next day. This doesn't only disrupt our sleep pattern, but also puts us at a risk of several health issues.
