Get enough sleep - You must make sure that you're sleeping for at least eight hours a day. We know it's difficult to do that with a baby but try anyway. Sleeping is when your skin cells finally start to regenerate and repair themselves so get yourself some beauty sleep and you'll notice the difference on your skin.
Drink plenty of water - Your skin might have gotten dehydrated and dull due to the tremendous amount of pressure on your body. So make sure that you drink plenty of water since it can flush out toxins from your body, can keep you hydrated from within and can restore the glow on your skin.
Cleanse your face properly - Use a mild cleanser on your skin at least twice a day to help get rid of excessive oil, sebum, dirt, grime and pollutants from your skin. If your pores are clean, your skin will look clean too.
