President Donald Trump has made headlines across the world with his knowledge about climate change. We bet you too have come across at least one baseless claim about the matter that the President has made about the issue by now. Well, it hasn't stopped. The President recently made an appearance with Piers Morgan in an interview that aired in full on Sunday and the President actually claimed that ice caps are doing really well. However, it's a little unclear how he came to that conclusion...
When Morgan asked Trump if he believes in climate change, he said, “Look, it used to not be climate change, it used to be global warming. That wasn’t working too well because it was getting too cold all over the place." He then launched into a baseless claim about ice caps and said, “The ice caps were going to melt, they were going to be gone by now, but now they’re setting records."
Now, despite his claims that ice caps aren't melting, NASA had given out a statement in March last year stating that ice caps had reached record lows. During the interview, Trump even stated that he wasn't a feminist. On the topic, he said, “No, I wouldn’t say I’m a feminist. I’m for women, I’m for men, I’m for everyone.”
Well, for one, we'd like to know where he gets his weather and climate news from. Wouldn't you?
