Putting on lipstick and ran out of lip-liner? No problem. Put on a few swipes of lipstick and then use a Q-tip to blend the lipstick around your lip line. This way, you'll end up getting rid of any excess product on your lips and your pout will look all kiss-ready.

When you're in a rush and you cannot for the life of you find your makeup brush to use your highlighter, pick up a Q-tip instead. Dip the Q-tip in your highlighter and draw along the areas that you want to highlight like the bridge of your nose and under your eyebrows. Then, use your fingers to blend it all well.

If you want more voluminous looking lashes but you don't want to use fake lashes, then take a Q-tip and use it to dust some translucent power on your eyelashes. Once done, rub a mascara wand on your lashes and then you'll see just how much more voluminous they'll look.
