- Always choose the right skincare and makeup products that suit your skin type. Eyes are always the first to react on any wrong products and it can lead to irritation and redness. Hence, make sure you're extra careful with any eye-shadow, concealer or eye-creams. Make sure you check the ingredients in the products before any purchase.
- Increase the intake of probiotics like kimchi, yogurt and sauerkraut as it balances the gut microbiome. This will help in supporting the absorption of B vitamins which is important for the health of our skin. Always use an eye serum that is rich in vitamin C.
