Now that you're finally getting to pamper yourself and give your skin the ultimate spa-like experience, you should also consider using some natural ingredients. We're talking about fruits. Since these fruits are easily available you can always save an extra slice to add to your skincare routine while you consume the rest of it. So, if you're looking to give your skin the glow it needs, here are some fruit scrubs you should try making.
Watermelon scrub - You'll need 2 teaspoons of yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of watermelon juice and about 7-8 crushed almonds. Mix these together and you'll end up with a fabulous scrub. Apply it to your skin when you're going to take a bath and massage it well. Wash it off with cool water.
Mango scrub - Take 1/2 cup raw sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/4 cup chopped raw mango and 3-4 drops of essential oil of your choice. Blend the ingredients together to make a coarse paste and your mango scrub will be ready to use! It'll look so delicious you'll want to eat it.
Pineapple scrub - You'll need 1 1/2 cups cane sugar, 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/4 - 1/2 pineapple. Toss the pineapple and coconut oil in a blender and blend well, then add the sugar. Mix together and your pineapple scrub is ready. Try it out when you're in the shower.
