11/19Lemon
Lemons are rich in Vitamin C which contains tons of antioxidants which can get rid of toxins from your skin. Take a tsp of sugar and mix it with some lemon juice to make a scrub. Apply this to your skin and massage in gentle, circular motions. Once done, wash it off and you'll notice a considerable glow.
12/19Raw honey
Honey contains anti-bacterial properties and is loaded with antioxidants that can improve the health of your skin. Honey can also help reduce skin damage and make it super soft. To make a treatment with honey, blend it with lemon juice. Leave the mixture on your face for 20 minutes before you wash it off with cool water.

13/19Yoghurt
Yoghurt is a rich source of lactic acid that can help get rid of dead skin cells and promote new ones. It also works to gently exfoliate the skin and reduce acne over time. All you need to do is mix some of it with oatmeal. Blend the ingredients well before you apply it all over your face and neck. Leave it on for 20 minutes before you wash it off with water.

14/19Wheatgrass
Wheatgrass is ideal for treating acne-prone skin, blemishes and scars. Combine a few strands of wheatgrass with water. Blend. Strain with mesh or cheesecloth. Add one glass of this to your bath water. Soak in it for 15-20 minutes or bathe with the infusion by pouring it slowly over your body allowing it to soak. Then, step out of the wheatgrass juice infused water and pat your body dry.

For pimples: Press out 2-3 cloves of garlic till you are left with some juice. Apply this on a pimple and leave it on for 10-12 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. For blackheads/ whiteheads: Grate 3-4 cloves of garlic in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of honey, 5-6 drops of lemon and one tablespoon of oatmeal to it. Mix the ingredients well and apply it all over your nose and chin and wherever else you might have blackheads. Let this pack dry up, and then scrub it in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes. Wash it off with cold water.

Loaded with protein, fatty acids and vitamins, eggs are not only great for your diet they're also perfect for your skincare regime. What to do: Crack an egg and pour only the white part into a bowl. Beat the egg till it becomes frothy. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well, and using a brush, apply it onto your face. Let it sit for 20-30 mins and wash it off with cold water.

Cucumbers have natural skin toning properties and can help improve dull and greasy skin. They're also considered to be a natural bleaching agent. What to do: Slice a cucumber and toss the slices into a mixer to turn them to juice. Pour this juice into a bowl. Add a few drops of lemon juice and sandalwood powder into the mix. Mix all the ingredients well and gently apply it to your face. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Apparently, it only takes a slice of potato to give your skin a makeover. Since it is rich in potassium it helps get rid of acne, fine lines and dark circles. What to do: Peel a potato and grate it. Now, pour some rose water over the grated potato. Add a few drops of lemon juice and honey to the mix. Mix well and apply it onto your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.
19/19Milk
Raw milk can be used as a cleansing agent, a moisturiser, and its AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) content makes it an effective scrub as well. What to do: Pour 1 cup of raw milk into a bowl. Add one teaspoon of honey to the milk. Mix this well, and apply it to your face and neck. Leave this on for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. It will leave your skin glowing.
