Ginger and lemon juice

You'll need 2 lemons (juice), Fresh ginger - 2 tsp, grated Honey to add that zing in the flavour, Salt for taste and 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. In a glass, add all the ingredients and give them a stir. Then add one cup of water to the mix and stir well. Voila! Your drink is ready to be enjoyed!

Buttermilk

For this one, you'll need Plain curd - 2 cups, Green chilly - 1 (chopped), A small bunch of coriander leaves - chopped, 4 curry leaves, 1 tsp rock salt or black salt, Salt to taste. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend them well. Store this mixture in your fridge to chill it and add some water to it as well. Garnish with coriander.

You'll need 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup pineapple juice and 2 tablespoons lime juice. First, make some sugar syrup using sugar and water by heating it in a pan. Then mix this with all the other ingredients and add 4-5 cups of water. Stir well and serve it chilled.
