So, here are some facial yoga exercises you should opt for.
Cheek exercise: Inhale as much air as you can and store it in your mouth. Then distend the breath from cheek to cheek and slowly release your breath. Doing this exercise can help lift your cheeks and make them look super plump.
Eyebrow lift: Place your index fingers about an inch above your eyebrows and try to lift your brows while simultaneously using your fingers to pull them down. Do this at least 10-12 times a day so that it can help tone the muscles in your forehead.
Eyelid stretch: Look upwards and simultaneously raise your eyebrows upwards too. Then slowly close your eyes and relax your face. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times a day for firm eyelids.
Kiss and smile: Put that pout to good use with this exercise. Make a kissing face and then ease into a broad smile. Repeat this exercise at least 10-15 times a day for a beautiful smile.
