First of all, try to avoid blow drying your hair as much as possible as the heat from it can cause damage to your hair. And if you must blow-dry, use the least hot setting and then aim the nozzle downwards so that it doesn't harm your hair in any way. You could also wait for your hair to almost dry completely and then use the blow-drier so that you don't have to use it for long.
22/23Use a hair protecting spray
If you're someone who uses a hair straightener regularly then you really need to limit the use of that straightener. Plus, you also need to ensure that you apply a hair protecting spray on your hair before you use your straightener so that it doesn't do any damage to your hair.
23/23Use a conditioner
Trust us when we say that a conditioner will really go a long way in saving those tresses of yours. Just warm a little coconut oil in a bowl and apply it thoroughly from your roots to the ends of your hair. Wrap up your hair in a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes so that your hair can soak in all the goodness of that oil. Rinse it off with shampoo later and you'll notice the difference in only a few washes.
