We all love our morning cup of coffee, so much so, that some of us can't even imagine starting our day without it. But while you may know that coffee can help awaken you enough to get you through the day, were you aware that it also has beauty benefits? That's right, coffee can work wonders for your skin and your hair. So, if you're looking for something to help boost your hair growth, coffee is what you should opt for. Take a look.
Coffee, coconut oil and yoghurt - You'll need 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 3 tbsp yoghurt. Begin by mixing all the ingredients together to make a fluffy and lump-free paste. Apply a generous amount of the paste to your hair and scalp and then cover it with a shower cap or a towel and let it sit for about an hour. Rinse your hair with a mild shampoo afterwards.
Coffee, coconut oil and Vitamin E - For this one, you'll need 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 vitamin E capsule. Mix all of these ingredients together to form a thick and consistent paste. Let this paste sit overnight and then apply the paste to your hair and scalp in the morning. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner.
Normal coffee rinse - Brew some coffee. Let it cool down while you take a shower and shampoo your hair. Then squeeze your hair to strain out all the excess water and rinse your hair with this coffee brew. Give your scalp a massage for a good 5 minutes and then wrap a shower cap or a towel around your head and leave the mixture into your hair for about 30 minutes. Rinse it off thoroughly, afterwards.
