One of Bollywood's ace actress Sanya Malhotra won us all with her debut in 'Dangal' and ever since, she's been on a roll. We've seen her do all the justice with whatever character she plays for her movies and we always look forward to watching her in more and more films. She's always been someone who's very jolly and grounded. No wonder she has such a big fan base. Right from acting to dancing to fashion, Sanya seems to be doing everything right.
On her birthday today, we have her talk all about her beauty and fitness regime and she's given us her insight on the same.
On asking what her beauty regime looks like, Sanya said, less is more. It was earlier when she used to buy a lot of products by following beauty regime videos on YouTube, all of which didn't work for her skin. And so now, she simply washes her face and then applies a clinical moisturizer with no perfume in it. She also believes in eating healthy, drinking lots of water and working out in order to keep her skin healthy. Guess, we got a little tip on how to keep your skin feeling fresh and flawless like Sanya.
We then spoke to her on how she keeps her body fit. The actress said that a good workout is what she begins her day with and she doesn't go a day without one. She also watches what she eats but doesn't restrict herself from eating the much-loved foods like pastas and pizzas. Although, Sanya does say that she is very mindful of the portions that she eats which also helps her in staying fit.
Talking about skincare which is more like a desi nuskha, Sanya said suggests to use aloe vera gel, turmeric, besan, curd for the skin and amla for her hair. She says that since the skin and hair needs a lot of protein, these kitchen ingredients really goes a long way.
Lastly, we got a little curious to know about the one accessory without which the actress doesn't step out and a wrist watch was her instant reply.
