For this you will need just a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and ½ cup of water. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to half a cup of water. Mix well and dip a cotton ball into the mixture. Apply the soaked cotton ball to the affected area. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off with plain water.
