Take a walk

One of the best things you can do when you experience sore muscles is to get your body moving. Walking even for a while can help you loosen up those muscles that have become a bit stiff. When your body is moving it also increases oxygen and blood flow to the muscles. This can cause lactic acid to breakdown, which causes a burning sensation when you are exhausted. So even if you don't feel like it, take a short walk to treat the issue.
