The OnePlus phones are easily amongst the best and most sold phones as of now. It's no secret that the latest edition, OnePlus 6 is coming out soon. However, no one has an idea about its launch. On Tuesday night, the first photo of the upcoming gadget was leaked online. In the photo, it's clearly visible that the device has a rear cover with a wood pattern as well as what looks like a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Apart from that, the overall design looks quite similar to the OnePlus 5T phone.
Earlier, all the polls that Carl Pei, OnePlus co-founder, ran on Twitter led to speculations that the company might get rid of the 3.5 mm jack. And Pete Lau too had hinted that the new phone might come without the jack as he noted that the USB-C was better for high-quality audio. Now, the question that remains is that when will the phone be launched. As per the company's previous traditions, they might launch the phone in June as they've done so in the past for their previous products as well. Coming back to the design, it looks like the OnePlus 6 phone will have a rectangular fingerprint scanner.
There's also the possibility that OnePlus 6 will come with at least 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. It's also possible that the OnePlus 6 will use the same 6-inch screen as the OnePlus 5T. The phone will definitely have a dual-camera system as well as a high-resolution (at least 16-megapixel) front camera. It might also contain features like Dash charging, the ability to switch the position of on-screen navigation buttons and the button that helps control different modes of the volume. Stay tuned for more updates.
