Take some almonds, mishri and fennel seeds and grind them into a powder form. Add a tsp of this powder to hot milk and drink it up every night. You can consume this for a week and see the difference.
Another way is to soak some almonds in water overnight and grind them the next morning to make a paste out of it. Mix some water and drink it. This will help with your eye issues too.
You can also soad some raisins and a couple of figs in water and then have them on an empty stomach every morning to better your eyesight.
Even desi ghee can help with your vision issues. Ghee is packed loaded with vitamins and minerals that improve your eyesight. You can apply some ghee on your temples and massage it for a few minutes and you'll see the difference in a few days.
