While tea is pretty much a favourite all over when it comes to beverages, did you know it also works wonders as a hair rinse? That's right, tea has properties that can help boost hair growth. That means, you no longer have to constantly try and experiment with multiple hair products to see what will work for your hair. You can simply opt for a tea rinse instead. So, here are some tea rinses that you must try out for yourself. Take a look.
Black tea - Use 1-2 black tea bags and let them steep in boiling water for a bit. Set the tea aside and let it cool down. Wash your hair with shampoo and then rinse your hair with the black tea concoction. Massage it into your hair and scalp and cover your head with a shower cap. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and then rinse your hair with cold water.
Green tea - Once again you'll need to steep 1-2 green tea bags in some boiling water for about 5 minutes. Let the tea cool down and then rinse your hair with it after shampooing. Leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then give your hair a final rinse with water.
Ginger tea - Add slices of small ginger root to some water in a saucepan and let it simmer for a while. Once the water comes to a boil, turn it off and then let the mixture cool down. Strain the tea and then rinse it through your hair after shampooing. Leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then rinse your hair with cold water.
Try these rinses and see how well they work! Stay tuned for more updates.
